How We Got Here

It all started with two moms sitting at a kitchen table, sharing stories over coffee (or maybe wine—no judgment here), wondering if anyone else felt like they were just winging it through life. Spoiler alert: they were. And so were we.

We’re best friends, neighbors, coworkers, and moms who’ve lived a lot of life side by side—raising kids, navigating marriage, juggling careers, and surviving the beautiful chaos that comes with it all. We’ve laughed, cried, failed, and grown together. Somewhere in between school drop-offs and late-night vent sessions, we realized something powerful: these real, raw, unscripted moments are what people connect with most.

So we hit record.

KO.Unscripted was born out of the belief that honest conversations matter. That sharing the messy stuff doesn’t make us weak—it makes us human. We’re not here to pretend we have it all figured out. We’re here to talk about the things most people only whisper about. The hard. The hilarious. The heart-wrenching. The healing.

This platform has become more than a podcast or a blog. It’s a space for authenticity. A space where women—moms, wives, friends, and everything in between—can feel seen, heard, and reminded they’re not alone.

We’ve learned a lot since we started. We’ve grown, evolved, and yes—we’ve even had to change our name (RIP KO.Unfiltered). But the mission has never changed.

We’re still us.

We’re still hitting record after long days, still laughing at things we probably shouldn’t, and still choosing to show up as our full, imperfect selves.

That’s how we got here. And we’re just getting started.
